Stages of Mind


There are few Stages of Mind 

Moodha 

Dull , Laziness , Not good for meditation , state of dullness , example early morning time . 

Kshipta 

Restless mind disturbed , Skipping one object to other , Not good for work , Cant take decision 

Vikshipta 

Intermediate control again changes 

Start Meditation 

Ekagra : Some Meditation 

Nirudha 

Dharana : Concentrate , Partial Meditative , Focus on one point , Mind become very strong 

Dhyana : Complete Concentration , Full Meditative , Defocusing . When you feel relaxation with meditation 

Samadhi : Be one with the nature,  Deep Sleep.
