  • Stand in Tadasana 
  • Slowly stretch your arms horizontally keeping hands horizontally from the floor. 
  • while inhaling stretch out and exhaling stretch in . 
  • While expanding your chest inhale and contracting exhale. 
  • Repeat 5 times Make arms movements synchronous with breathing flow.
